IC7 has no password. You enter your registered mobile number or email, a one-time code arrives, and you are in. That design removes password reuse as a risk and puts all the weight on one thing: continued access to the number you registered with.

It arrives within about a minute by SMS or email. Type it in and you are signed in.

No one will ever legitimately ask for your code. The most effective fraud in this category is a message claiming to be support, an agent, or a bonus team, asking you to “confirm” a code. Handing it over hands over the account and everything in it. We could not use your code even if you offered it — we have no account access at all.
What we can and cannot help with
We are an official IC7 partner and we publish these guides, but accounts, balances, KYC and payments are held entirely by IC7. That means we cannot unlock an account, move it to a new number, see your balance, or chase a payout. Anyone presenting themselves as an IC7 “agent” who says they can do those things over WhatsApp is not one. Those requests go through in-app support, where the operator can actually verify who you are.

How do I log in to IC7?

My IC7 OTP is not arriving — what do I do?
Work through these in order: confirm you entered the number you actually registered with (including the country code); check the SMS spam or blocked folder, and the promotions tab if you registered by email; wait the full sixty seconds before requesting a resend, because a second request often invalidates the first code; toggle flight mode to re-register with the network; and if you are on a dual-SIM phone, confirm the SIM in question has signal. If none of that works, the number may have been ported — contact IC7's in-app support with your account details.
I changed my phone number. How do I get into my IC7 account?
Only IC7 can move an account to a new number, and they will require identity verification against the KYC documents already on file. Start it through in-app support or their listed contact channel. We are a partner site and have no access to accounts, so we cannot do this for you — and neither can anyone else who offers to.
Why is my IC7 account locked?
The usual causes are a duplicate account detected at KYC, a payment method in a name other than yours, repeated failed verification, or activity the operator's risk checks flagged. The lock reason is not always shown in the app; in-app support can tell you which category it falls into and what evidence resolves it.
Can I stay logged in on IC7?
The app keeps a session so you are not asked for a code every launch. Do not enable that on a shared or borrowed phone — a live session is full access to your balance without any code required.
Someone is asking for my IC7 OTP. Is that ever legitimate?
Never. Not IC7 support, not us, not an agent, not a 'bonus verification' team. A one-time code is the entire security of the account. Anyone who asks for it — by any story, in any language — is trying to take it.
