We genuinely cannot help with these
Not as a policy choice — we have no technical access. Accounts, balances, KYC and payments are held entirely by IC7:

We will never ask you for a one-time code, a password or a payment. If a message claiming to be from this site or from “IC7 support” asks for any of those, it is not us and it is not them. There is also no such thing as a fee to release a withdrawal.
