Before you deposit — four checks
- Finish KYC first
Verify your identity before you deposit, not after. It costs nothing to do early and it is what makes your first withdrawal routine.

When a deposit does not arrive
This is the most common payment question and it splits cleanly in two. Open your bank or UPI app and answer one question: did money leave your account?

How do I deposit money on IC7?
Open Wallet or Deposit in the app, choose an amount, and pick UPI. You are handed to your UPI app to approve the collect request, and the balance normally appears within one to two minutes. One wallet funds every section of the lobby — there is no per-game balance to manage.
What is the minimum deposit on IC7?
The minimum is shown on the deposit screen itself and can differ by payment method and by campaign, so we do not quote a figure that would go stale here. Check the panel before you commit — and deposit the amount you planned, not the amount a bonus tier is nudging you towards.
My IC7 deposit has not been credited. What now?
First give it ten minutes; UPI settlement is usually instant but not always. Then check your bank app: if no money left your account, the payment failed and nothing is owed — simply retry. If money did leave and the balance has not appeared, take a screenshot showing the UPI transaction ID and raise it with IC7's in-app support. That reference is what lets them trace it, and with it these are normally resolved same-day.
Can I deposit from someone else's UPI or bank account?
Don't. Deposits and withdrawals have to run through a payment method in your own name. A third-party deposit will often be accepted and then block your withdrawal at KYC, because the money cannot be returned to its source — which is the situation that is genuinely hard to unwind.
Are there deposit fees on IC7?
UPI deposits are normally free from the operator's side. Your bank does not usually charge for UPI either. If a fee is applied it is displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm, so read the total rather than assuming.
Can I set a deposit limit on IC7?
Yes, in account settings, and you should do it before your first deposit rather than after a bad session. It is the one spending control that operates in advance. Lowering a limit usually takes effect immediately; raising one typically involves a cooling-off delay by design.
